Client: Affymetrix Genechip
Project: Corporate Offices (Santa Clara)
Preceding facility additions, four exterior precast panels demolished; also, second floor sections were removed to establish a two-story museum lobby. Demolition efforts spanned approximately 100,000 sq. ft. Following demolition, the following facilities added: corporate data/server room, test laboratory, training room, board room and new cafeteria.
