BUILDING - A
Project provided approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of office area modifications. Alterations
included wall relocations, floor covering and electrical panels; RC Benson & Sons also
performed minor painting. System installations included HVAC modifications and a brandnew compact storage filing system.
BUILDING - B
Project provided equipment additions to a 105,000 sq. ft. laboratory space. New installations included laboratory cabinetry, RO, glass wash, DI water systems and reinstalled laboratory fume hoods.
BUILDING - C
Project provided renovations to an existing 27,000 sq. ft. laboratory and office area.
Work included existing block wall relocation, new epoxy coatings, laboratory casework reconfiguration, electrical and plumbing modifications and mouse vivarium addition.
BUILDING - D
Project provided interior renovations to approximately 16,000 sq. ft. of building space. The negotiated general contractor provided restroom upgrades and new electrical service; interior executive offices refurbished.
Within three and one-half months, RC Benson & Sons administered a 5-building modification effort at Berlex Biosciences; the alteration focused on consolidating regional offices from South San Francisco, Alameda and New Jersey to a Richmond location (building descriptions follow on opposing column). Executed construction services included the following:
* Performed on-site project management
* Collected bids for architectural plans

Construction services spanned approximately 185,000 square feet for the negotiated general contractor.
