Project: Phase II of Seismic Strengthening (Stanford)
Seismic work performed at Stanford University-Stanford Graduate School of Business included the following: removing decorative concrete walls; strengthening existing concrete columns; completing 712 lineal ft. of shotcrete walls; adding new headers and 22 in. thick walls; adding 600 sq. ft. ceiling shear attic decking, 140 lineal ft. concrete beams, 316 lineal ft. concrete footings.
In addition, RC Benson & Sons provided initial lead work which facilitated the architect and engineer in developing plans for bid and construction purposes; lead work included input on budget updates and progress plans.
Note: architectural, mechanical and electrical components related to the Stanford project were removed or replaced.
